IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

B. Arbitration: You and Next Level GG agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. YOU AND NEXT LEVEL GG ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

12. General Provisions

A. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Service and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
